Run not registered

Hi everyone I did my 3rd run in week 2 just now. It worked fine, the coach said I'd now completed week 2 but the final run is still showing as not completed yet. Any idea how I can get this updated please?

You can just start it playing and once it’s finished, it should show as completed in the app. You don’t have to run again! Well done for completing the run. Tech is wonderful until it isn’t!

I should have said, if you’re not bothered about the tick, you can just select the next run when you come to do it.

I watched the video of the older man coaching the woman at the link you sent me. Those tips were great- I put some into practice today and had a fabulous run. Thank you 😊

I love that recording! I watched it yesterday too; it's somehow better in Japanese - he seems trustworthy, knowledgeable, and so exquisitely polite that it would be rude to do anything other than what he said!

I just let it play through check the distances 1st to see you didn’t run two in error!
