Hello and welcome...but I think that you may have the wrong forum here... This is a forum that follows and supports the NHS C25K programme.
This is a programme intended to get you running and to be able to run, comfortably, for 30 minutes in nine weeks. It is a programme that will do that, and the physical and mental benefits of that are incredible.
There may be a group/ forum programme out there that supports your objectives... This link may be helpful ,
