Only blue skies with a few wafting clouds.. tide going out… wild flowers emerging.. busy bees…seagulls breakfasting…lots of runners..some with dogs..some together.. some alone…some fast, some slow…some smiling....some deep in concentration….and then me enjoying the sights and sounds…loving the rhythm of my body running slowly and effortlessly..inhaling the fresh sea air..feeling the cool, refreshing breeze…up the hill and home.. Monday Run Done ✅

Well I completed my 10k race two weeks ago. It was very hard ,hot and terrain was very undulating… my time wasn’t good so I think maybe I had bitten of more than I could chew!😂. So to answer your question more practice I think is needed😂😂. I will not give up. However I got my bling and it was a super atmosphere. I can learn and build from my experience 😀
Thank you.. for me it’s more about enjoying the moment these days and staying injury free… somedays my body requires a longer run, other days, any run will do 😂
I think I picked up much advice on this forum about “Keep running, keep smiling” 😊 and so much help in the early days… now I can relax and enjoy it… always enjoyed your posts over the years too xx
I see you had quite an adventure on your last run after a hectic time on the allotment. Hope you have recovered from your cold & the next run is an easier, more enjoyable one.
