Fiadh79 asks how consolidation runs are going. Here's my story ...
Post graduation, all continued to go well with alternate day running. That is until, one day, totally out of the blue, my right leg suddenly "gave way"; thighs and glutes immediately "snapped in" to stabilise things leaving me with soreness that has continued for several weeks now.
Did another test jog - 100m! - seems to have improved by rest and two painful sessions with a sports therapist so I'll give things a go in next few days. Think I'll go back to Wk 5 or 6 and see how it goes from there ....
Other than that slight difficulty, things running wise were going well π¬

Err, not yet, but that's the trouble when a hard won habit gets broken, it really becomes a huge effort to get out there again.
One random morning I'll just restart but go v e r y s l o w l y. Somewhere deep down I'm concerned that the problem may occur again although I'm assured by people who do know running (No 2 son for one) that such can happen just by a wrongly placed foot .....
