Two days after my 82nd birthday I completed the course for a second time. Phew! Time to relax but don’t give up keep going 😄

No I haven't heard of parkruns in Thailand, perhaps sometime in the future Thailand will have parkrun, in the meantime enjoy your runs.

Congratulations ! Again! Apparently there is a ' Park Run'. in Bangkok.. in May... but it is 21K !

On the "Bridge to 10k" forum there is a (not) parkrun post where people that don't do parkrun still run their 5K every weekend and post it there. It's a good way of checking in and a bit of motivation
