Slow down ?

Sorry, don't mean that in any sarcastic way .

But most people when they start off will try to run too fast !

You really need to keep the runs slow .

Slow enough to be able to hold a conversation with someone if they were running alongside you .

If you can't then it's too fast.

Have you read the program guide?

It's full of useful tips .

Also this video may help .

Hi there - congratulations on getting started. Like you, I was finding breathing when I began - it was really hard - couldn;'t get enough deep breaths into my lungs. But.... after a month or so, it really goes get better and easier, I now definitely breath deeper and easier. All I can say is take it REALLY easy in terms of speed and try to breath slowly and deeply as much as possible.
