Just completed week 2, but not on treadmill this time, when I had finished last 90 seconds jog I had to remove prosthetic leg just to reseat it, because of discomfort, when I got home and looked at Garmin I found out why, pace was a bit faster than on treadmill so I've got to try and manage pace a bit better. Have just looked at week 3 and I think I'll do a couple more week 2 runs first because I won't manage the 3 minute jogs quite yet. Still winning at life 😁

I that’s awesome 👏! I think you are wise to redo week 2 again it’s hard enough for most able bodied people but running with a prosthetic leg adds another dimension hats off to you sir!

Outside, that's wonderful! I expect your running gait is a bit different when you are off the treadmill so redoing the week makes sense.
