A little patience

After suffering from a bought of what seemed like sciatica, I woke this morning with no pain, no weakness in my left leg and feeling quite chipper if I'm honest.

I headed downstairs and through on the shorts, chest strap/HR monitor, t-shirt and shoes and jumped on the treadmill.

I was comparing the runs between the last time I did these runs (2019) and these and I think I dropped the incline on the treadmill to 0 last time, where-as I'm still on 1 degree incline.

Last time my HR was 6-7bpm lower.

I may drop the incline on the last run of this week and see how it compares.

That's week 4 run 2 out of the way, run 3 should be Sunday.

Happy running everyone.

sounds like you’re doing everything right LeeU …you have to do what’s comfortable for you and you can only do that by listening to your body, which is exactly what you’re doing…I’m sure you’ll be back up to 100% very soon 💪🏻
