I had a run yesterday so having rest day today. My question is, do I run tomorrow or have a 2nd day off and do Park Run on Saturday? Weather looks good both days. πŸ€”

Well, as a still, fairly new Graduate, my advice would be to take that extra rest day, it is not a good idea to run consecutive days until you have been running for a fair while longer...

Do some strength and stamina work tomorrow instead, or go for a lovely walk .. Park Run will be all the sweeter:)

Have another rest day, your legs will thank you and you'll enjoy parkrun more for the rest

I concur with the above. An extra rest day and smash the park run. Good luck 🀞🏻 πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

Another vote from me for doing parkrun on fresh legs.
