Second week so far so good

This is my second time round of doing couch to 5k, I am much more relaxed, it’s about technique, breathing, some Me time and actually enjoying it. I have had rest days and been on the cross trainer. Feeling good. It has also helped with stress. Tonight is my third run of week two and can’t wait.

That's great! Running does allow you that me time and headspace. I had a similar experience when I did c25k for the second time. Because I knew I could do it I could just relax and enjoy it. At the moment I'm building back up after a long break and sort of going through c25k but only doing some of the runs. Good luck with it, enjoy the journey! ☺️🍀

Fantastic! You’ve made such a positive start. Long may that continue! Coming back you’re in such a good position knowing that you’ve done it before and having experience that will stand you in great stead.
