30 minute run today. Lovely crisp day in NI, definitely helps. I'm buzzing to be close to completing my 2nd C25K stint. Did first one in lockdown but didn't get much running done recently so decided to start over. Such a well structured programme. Just 2 more and I graduate... again 🥳
