weather cold and tan in the evening last night which was different but did it at the same time and distance as the last run

even inspired my boyfriend to join me last night

Congratulations on another great run!

Just to correct a common misconception-it’s not about running 5k! It’s about running for 30 minutes. Distance isn’t important at all. I can see how people get confused, what with the name being “Couch to 5k”!!! Most people cover less that 5k on their final week 9 runs and then work up slowly when the time is right.

Glad you are enjoying the program!

And even encouraging your boyfriend to join you 😊

Please note though that the program is not about running 5k.

It's Purley a time based program to get you running continuously for 30 minutes for the 3x week 9 runs .
