I did, thank you. Am struggling with my knee at the moment. Will book a gait analysis after Christmas - any excuse for new shoes 🙈🙈

I go to the seafront and turn right to Hampton, turn round and come back. I couldn’t wait to turn around so I had that view all the way back!

I do a similar run from the other end- needs careful timing so I don’t miss the sunset. Good for the soul.
