Taking the opportunity to get out there

Finished work earlier than normal yesterday; decided that I needed to get out for a run and enjoy the balmy 11 degrees and daylight! I hadn’t run for two and a half weeks due to weather and other commitments - I sing in a choir and I’m a teacher so it’s a busy time. I took it easy enjoying the feeling of being free and out in nature. I still can’t believe how much I’m loving running and that I can run for 30 mins without stopping, I met a neighbour on the way back and she said she has started C25K after seeing me complete it, I’m so proud of her! I hope she loves it as much as I do. Enjoy your runs this weekend guys.
