Can someone please tell me if this is a bruise or something else please. I don't remember hurting my toe so I noticed this earlier. I'm only worried as I'm diabetic and I have to look after my feet. I'm most probably worrying over nothing but any answers would be appreciated

I’m really not an expert, but as weather is getting colder, could it be chilblains? I’ve come across an article recently that suggests they happen when your feet get cold and on coming back in, you warm them up too quickly (e.g. close to a fire, or with a hot water bottle, etc)
Remedy is to not warm up your feet too rapidly on coming in from the cold.
I’ve never had them or anything looking like your bruise.
So someone with more experience or expertise might be able to advise much better.

Since you are diabetic and have to look after your feet, it would be a good idea to show it to your GP or nurse. Even if it is something to worry about, it's very small at the moment.
Could it be a pressure sore? (Doesn't go white when you press on it). Either way, there's no harm in getting it checked out.

Because of your diabetes, it’s really important to get changes like this checked out by a professional. I’d arrange for that to happen as soon as possible. Don’t ignore this. Foot problems can become nasty without early treatment.

Please do see a qualified health professional about your toe. Unfortunately random strangers on a C25K running forum, however kind and well-intentioned they may be, aren't best positioned to advise you.
