Completed my C25K on Monday this week. Have been doing it as a weekly group with others and our graduation run was done indoors round an indoor tennis court thanks to the weather!
The group did the 5k for the last run, not 30 mins, so around 2 tennis courts it ended up being 50 laps! I did it in just under an hour, I'm very slow, everyone else finished much quicker π, they all cheered me on though, great support, it was great to do the 5k but I'm going back to 20 or 30 mins for a while now!
Slow is good and thoroughly approve of your plan to stick at max 30 minutes! There are some great links posted by Instructor57 right at the start of the thread saying as much. Enjoy your celebrations!
Hello, I am pleased to say that I have completed Week 9, run 3 on Thursday 15th December. Thank you for your support during the C25K programme and please can you pin me a graduation badge.
It wasn't the way I planned it because of the snow and ice, but I finally graduated on a treadmill on Friday 16th December. Looking forward to going outside again this afternoon!
Hello Have completed my Wk9 Run3 this morning. Feeling absolutely amazing and pleased with myself, and that doesnβt happen often! Canβt stop myself from smiling! Iβve graduated, how great is that!
