W9 R2! Finally...and it was such an amazing run. I've had to wait for almost two weeks whilst my back injury healed (I helped an elderly neighbour by carrying furniture up their windy stairs). All worth it. But I felt good this morning, the children were at their mum's house so nothing stood in my way, I could complete Tim's run! It was amazing...it was early, misty, dewy, magical...the smell of the air, the trees and grasses, the early morning sky full of birdsong πΆ. Two deer ran across in front of me, I ran thinking of Tim's posts and I ran further than I have ever run...just amazing run. Really fabulous π€π

That sounds like an absolutely fantastic run and a brilliant tribute. β€οΈ
Good luck for your graduation run!
beautiful photo
Thanks! I like to snap as I'm out and about. Anything of interest (maybe not to everyone!!) is always worth a go. This is just around the corner from me, I turn left before these gates and run through some woods and then through a national golf course. Always a beautiful route π³π¦π¦Usually just me, the odd walker and the green keepers!
sounds lovely!
I think you captured the mood with that photo.
Iβm sure aerobic exercise heightens our awareness of our environment (on many levels).
