Well I did it!!! Couldn't have been more perfect. A beautiful warm, sunny autumn morning along a route by a river that I've been saving to do as my last run.Still can't quite believe I've gone from a
Wheezing, sweaty mess in week one, to being able to run 30 minutes for week 9.
Even managed to run 4k, which is a best for me. So to anyone struggling in the early weeks, keep at it..if I can do it you definitely can!!
Lastly, I'd like to say a massive thank you to the lovely people on here who've given me brilliant advice and encouragement over the weeks...thank you!!
This isn't the end...its just the beginning!
