Congratulations on completing week 4 of C25K, I am glad that you are enjoying your running and feeling great, onwards and upwards to week 5, don't worry about run 3 of week 5, the program has prepared you for it, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊
Congratulations! A lot of us felt a bit apprehensive about week 5 but helpfully, one of the most lovely mentors on the site wrote a great explanation about how you’ve already done a bigger jump up to week 4. You’re ready for it and you’ve got so many virtual cheerleaders behind you. Take some time to celebrate what you’ve already achieved though…you’re nailing it! 🏃♀️ 💪
