What am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone. Well, I did my Week 1 Run 2 run this morning....yippee! Success. But - I thought I'd use my Audible app at the same time and listen to a book. All went well as I listened to Laura tell me when to start my warm up walk, and then to run for the first time. After that, nothing. I heard nothing more of my book. Is it a problem with the Audible app, or with the C25K app, or with me??? Basically, has anyone else had this problem, and how did they solve it? Thanks!

I know nothing about audible but I know sometimes the app plays up a bit, I wanted to say well done and I'm sure others will have the answer for you

I’ve had this issue with the nike run club app and my music app. What works for this is to have both apps open ready to start, start the run, then start the music very quickly afterwards. Usually that works! It might be worth trying the same trick.

It might also help to disable or turn down any battery management in the phone for the two apps concerned.

I start the music/audible app before I start the C25K app, seems to work!!

Mmmm....that's exactly what I did, but the Audible app just stopped!

I don't use the audible app but it works ok for me to listen to my Amazon music playlist and the C25K. I use mine in the gym on the treadmill at the moment, not hit the open road yet.

I always use audible with c25k app, most of the time it’s no problem at all. However occasionally all goes silent, usually during the run section, for some reason it pauses. It doesn’t happen often and I wonder if it coincides with a text/message comes through. Good luck.
