Just finished run 2 of week 6. I don’t ask before and I may have missed it but what kind of stretching should I do? I’m doing calf and hamstring and basic stretching but is there anything I should be doing? Thank you 😊

Dynamic stretches are for before you run, and static stretches after.

This is the set I do. It used to be on the NHS website until recently, but they changed it.
Hi, I think others have posted links for you there are videos on the C25K site. I found the pre run stretch video as well as warm up walk really helped the transition to longer runs from week 5 on.
