I completed W3R1 today and it went really well! Thought I’d drop a note here incase anyone else was unsure of the step up from week 2. The thought of trying to run for 3 minutes consecutively was scary but it worked fine by pacing myself. Good luck!

well done on your run!! Just remember to keep a decent pace and not to over-do it. Keep going, you’re doing well ☺️
Glad you are doing so well
hi Lucypc25k, well done for starting. It's amazing how those early weeks build your strength and confidence. If at any point it starts to feel tough slow down. Rest assured you have the potential to run, C25K, followed closely, WILL unlock that potential. Today I ran my third 60 minute run having started C25K in April. I am 70 years old ,never run in my life, and set out to get some control of my health following a stroke.
The mentors provide fantastic advice and support don't hesitate to ask if you hit any problems.
week 5 for me was life changing. Enjoy the journey.
