Tell us more! You're nearly at the end so are you planning what to do next?
Not really sure but I don’t want to be sedentary. I spend a lot of time behind the desk. For now, I have joined local Park Run group & will attempt my first run after graduating.
Parkrun is my follow on, did no 7 yesterday. I jog along at the back but there are a few behind me who walk or walk/run a bit like week 5. I've also marshalled which was enjoyable too. Good running!
Well done.
I think Parkrun would be suitable for me with the looming winter season. I will go back to the gym to keep active during the week.
