Back to C25K....

Hi,

I am back after trying this this time last year.

I got to W9R2 but got this plantar fasciitis issue and a pain in my left leg. So quit to heal that which both did after about 3 months. Then you know how it goes, days into weeks, weeks into months. I got lazy again.

So back at it, determined to finish, and someone wants me to do a parkrun so that's incentive.

Finished W6R1 last night. Started from week 1 again, no repeats so far.

I do seem to have an issue with my breathing, I am sure I nailed this last year. Not gasping or anything, but I would like to do 4in4out, or 3in3out even, but I seem to default to 2in3 out. If that really matters. I can't breathe through my nose as when I run, my nose runs. 🤣

Anyway. Good to be back. 👍👊

Welcome back to the forum and well done on your progress.

Forget counting for breathing and just do what comes naturally.
