finished week 7 yesterday it was amazing. I found the last 5 mins I had to push myself but overall I'm chuffed with myself.

I do find find that I need two days rest before I do the 3rd run maybe because I do an aqua fit hit class 4 times a week and my separate walks and maybe it's because the runs are longer.?
