The one where my daughter came too!

5k done this morning - first time in a while and the first time I have run with somebody. On this occasion it was my 27 year old daughter, home for a visit from NI. Bless her, she slowed right down to plodding pace with me and I tried to have a conversation as we ran but breathing had to have priority over talking I’m afraid 🤣.

This photo is of her as she continues on her second circuit of the route! She’s in training for the Belfast half marathon next month, raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. Her uncle (my brother) is currently undergoing treatment for this horrid disease. I am so proud of her and I’m hoping that it won’t be long until I take part in a fundraising run too!
