Hi All!

I've graduated in Feb 2022 but as it sometimes happens many things got in a way and I just stopped running.

I've decided to do a whole program again.

Yesterday I done R2 W1 and with pretty good result! I definitely run much faster so maybe not all is lost?

Feeling positive!

Welcome back! Don’t forget, you’re starting off this time with all the skills you had last time-how to pace yourself, how to keep going through a tough run, the knowledge that you absolutely can do this because you’ve done it before etc… That might make it easier this time. It must have been encouraging to see your kept some of your fitness. It’ll come back.

Don’t worry about running fast-slow and steady will see you right. Good luck with the programme!

Welcome back and well done completing W1R2.

I would forget about speed though .

Your best development will come from a conversational pace and with less risk of injury .

Enjoy the re run !

Go for it. It’s easier the 2nd time round.

Well done for getting out there again. I am on my 4th time. 😅👍Great to know that it's all possible.

Even with ups downs, and in my case age, the programme still works.
