My first Parkrun

I did my first Parkrun this morning along Hove Prom. We had a good outing of GoodGym runners this morning and two of them ran along with me to encourage and support me 🥰

It was a hot morning and at times 5k felt like a long way but my GoodGym teammates and I chatted as we ran which helped a lot

After sitting with them all in the cafe at the end I had enough energy to do a slow jog home as well
