hi recently diagnosed with anaemia, just wonder if anyone has any advice regarding running, I’m currently training for the GNR and wondering if I should withdraw , feeling very depressed about it and don’t know what to do. thanks in advance

While I have absolutely no medical expertise, I wouldn't have thought anaemia would stop you from running a HM, especially since you're diagnosed and therefore presumably being treated.

I assume you're being treated for it? I'd suggest asking the medics treating you for their opinions on you running continuously for a couple of hours.
