Week 4.

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice. I have just revisited week 4 and done the third run. I took on the advice and ran slower, wow what a difference it’s made. I should have done that sooner, I aced the 2nd 5 min run, so, I just wanted to say thank to you all, for your advice and encouragement. Hope to be brave soon and try an outdoors run, going to try the dynamic stretches on weds too, 😊

Huge well done to you!Take it slowly and steadily and you will be amazed where it takes you. Maybe choose a cooler day to head out of the wild blue yonder.. very, very warm right now,

Only you go, relaxed happy and letting the new legs do their stuff!

Thank you, I was amazed at the difference it made. I wasn't gasping for breath, but I did feel guilty that I was not pushing or hitting peak.

Congratulations on finding that pace! It feels great when you have a run like that. Really good luck for your next one and getting outdoors.
