I find morning run are much better for me than evenings. I think it's because you can get done before anyone wake up. Which do you guys prefer?

"Most" runners prefer to run in the morning, not all, I certainly prefer the morning although occasionally I have ran in the afternoon, not for a while, perhaps it was heavy rain AM but by PM the rain had gone off, another time I might run in the afternoon is in the winter when any ice has melted.

Definitely mornings - the earlier the better. I love getting put before the rest of the world has got going.

I run whenever suits me. I've never, ever been a morning person and running's not changed that. Sure, I can run a 10k before breakfast, but that probably means I'm eating breakfast around 10am. Or 11am.
I love mornings away have. But if any part of the day is for you that's also a great quality to have.
Well, when I was working I always worked irregular hours and days, so when I started running it was impossible for me to have a fixed running routine. Also, it's one thing to fit in a 30 minute run to start your day, going out for a couple of hours or more is a different matter.
Mornings for me, it's the best start to the day plus I can't run after eating so fasted running suits me best

Morning
Definitely early mornings. Not many people about & you get back with a full day ahead already energised. I also don't like to eat or drink before I run so up & out of bed on an empty stomach is best for me

Definately morning. 6.30 is already late for me. I'm lucky and run in the countryside, so it's just beautiful at that time of day. No humans around at that time. It's just so peaceful. I also find I am too tired after work, and really have to push myself to go at that stage of the day.
Unfortunately, I hurt my back on Monday, and can't see me doing my walk one day run the next for the next days. I was hoping perhaps walking this weekend, but my hopes are fading . I'm really frustrated.

Prefer to be out first thing, preferably before 6am so I can be back for kids getting up at 6.30. I find if I run in the evenings I can’t sleep. Mondays are hard as I enjoy going to a run club from a local FB group, that starts at 6pm so usually sleep badly.

mornings for me too - mainly because it fits in easily before starting work but also because there are fewer people about. In winter, when the days are shorter, you can also experience sunrise!

This time of year I like to run early morning preferably before the pathways get busy with commuters.
In the winter I usually run around lunchtime.

I definitely have a preference for mornings in the summer. However, I'm not naturally an early bird.
In the winter I tend to get out at lunchtimes.
