Hi everyone, it's been a while since I managed to post something, but I've been reading all your inspiring and amazing posts - they are soooo encouraging! π€
Yesterday I completed W5 R2!!
I couldn't believe how fantastic I felt afterwards. When I heard Laura say 'just 60 seconds left' I couldn't believe it, I was happily mooching along!
For me it is real progress and since I started the dynamic stretches prior to running and static stretches post running in W2 (touch wood) my left knee has been fine! Thanks to brilliant advice!! Thanks!

Thatβs great! I had a knee problem before starting this program which put me off starting but since completing it I can say my knee problem has gone! Building up muscle around the joint strengthens and stabilises so keep going.
"One of the best ways to reduce injury risk and avoid carrying muscular tension into the next run is to make sure you do STATIC STRETCHES immediately after each and every run, while muscles are still warm and supple. I use these after every single run and swear by them
