CONSOLIDATION WK1 R2 - DELAYED

So had planned to go for run this morning, however woke with a stinking migraine. Hopefully I will get out tomorrow. 😟

Any suggestions on which NRC to try? None seem to have 5min of warm up and cool down included. Can't find a timer which allows me to set 5min, 15min, 15min, 5min. Any suggestions?

Hope the migraine goes away quickly. Those are so debilitating.

Workoutdoors is a good app for setting your own intervals. I have that one (£4.99 on iPhone, don’t know if it’s available on Android). But I’m sure others will have other recommendations.

I usually do a warm up at home lots on YouTube I use James Dunne 5 minute warm up, then pick a run and go! I have enjoyed the mindful runs as you are not concentrating on distance and I seem to run better and further!
