Well done. I don't think you will lose motivation as you will be eager to complete the program. I am a bit like you and hope I can keep the motivation up after the program is finished. Good luck you can do this.
There is always the consolidation plan that adds Strength and Flexibility routines to your weekly running: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
And I’ve found the consolidation period was great to explore the whole culture in and around running, including different apps, different ways to run, plans to make your running stronger… etc etc
I loved that period! And looking forward to it again as I finish C25k the second time around!
Well done, just 2 to go! Wouldn't worry about after. Keep to the 30 mins for a few weeks and during that time you can plan next goal(s). Plenty of other apps that have different programs so just depends what you prefer to do if you even want to change anything. Can increase time gradually or add speed work to mix it up. I know kids clubs etc can get in the way but if you get a chance try out parkrun or local running club - worth the experience and helps decide if you prefer running solo or with others which might help with the motivation.
Congratulations on nailing another one. Yup, that two minutes doesn’t matter - you’ve got this.
I know exactly what you mean on motivation. Having graduated, I’m keeping as much the same as possible. Still on here posting and still recording all runs so I don’t break the streak on my app. Hopefully that will help.
