Welcome to the community. Huge congratulations on your progress. You’ve already done week 5 run 3 which is a big milestone and are onto week 6, which can throw some people. Sounds like you’re doing really well.

Enjoy the rest of the beautiful day, knowing that you’ve already ticked off your run. I’m heading out later.

Have a brilliant time running. I still don't belive that I am a runner and enjoying it. It may not be the best thing you have done - but it's close😀

Well done you. I started C25k 4 years ago aged 62. It took me longer than 9 weeks to complete as work and family commitments meant I could often only find time to run once or twice a week. I am still running 2 or 3 times a week, not fast, not long runs but I am getting out there and enjoying it. You will find lots of advice and support on this forum, so good luck with the next few weeks, and enjoy.
