Graduated just over a year ago but with one thing or another things (running things) slipped.

Decided to go back to the beginning, completed week 1, no problems…..

Week 2, run 1…. Jogging 0, gravely path 1😫

Is this a sign? 🤣

Ouch, sorry about your fall or what called that nasty cut, I hope you recover quickly.

Gave it a good scrub in the bath then out in the sun to dry!! I’ll be happy if that’s it for this C25K 🙄

Oh no! That looks painful 😣. Hopefully your knee itself is ok? Well done on the run though 😁.

Thanks, knee seems ok so far, surface damage and embarrassment ( someone was coming the other way).

Ouch! My sympathies.

I've fallen when in shorts and was picking gravel out of my knees and the palms of my hands for the rest of the afternoon. That one was a tree root. I picked myself up and completed the run whilst bleeding slightly.

Yep, embarrassed by kind young man’s offer of help spurred me on to complete my run. Scrubbing out the grit in the bath wasn’t fun 😫

That’s a very good point! Never been one to shy away from a bit of retail therapy 😁
