It was cool and wet, oddly I don't mind running in the rain, and I did this without any problems. Instructor57 I took your advice and repeated wk6 run3 again ha ha (private joke). I had no gremlins and even took on the suggestion from Laura to speed up a little for the last minute. One more run to complete wk7, bring it on.
