I'm 5 months post hip replacement (tomorrow, 2nd May) and feel about ready to start jogging again.

Has anyone else here been there & done that? Any hints or tips?

Welcome back.

As with any new starter of C25k we would recommend that you can walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes on a regular basis before you attempt jogging.

This will build stamina and gently test out your hip and muscle tone, before you start the heavier impact of jogging.

Take your time. There is no rush.

Have fun.
