Determined to to get out this morning before grandchildren arrived. Lovely morning just right for running cool but not frosty. Managed Bout 2-5 k Slow running. But felt good breathing was better than first run of the week 🤞I’ll be even better on Sunday when I’m hoping to do a 3 rd run. If I manage that it will be the first time in quite a while that I have done 3 runs in a week 🤣🤣🤣

Well done for getting out and getting the blood pumping. It can be tricky fitting this in but I think it’s about grabbing those moments when you get the chance, just as you’ve done this morning. Good luck with squeaking in the last one of the week to hit your target of 3.
