2/3 through week 4 and over the moon. Honestly wasn't sure if the first run was just a lucky day. Had struggled with week 3 between breathing and shin pains so pleasantly surprised that week 4 is very achievable although quite challenging. This week has definitely shown that we can be much more capable than we think we are.
On the first run it was particularly windy and I really struggled getting a breath (thought I was going to die at one point) so restarted after picking a different area where I could run with wind mostly to my back and walk into wind at the intervals then turn again for next run part. Wore a neck gaiter for the second run out and found it made a huge difference even wearing it slightly loose over nose and mouth when running into the wind then dropping it back under chin when wind wasn't an issue.
Haven't figured out what will lessen the lower leg pains yet but it doesn't help that I'm heavy on my feet and got bored jogging around a football pitch which I imagine would absorb a lot more impact.
