Just finished run 3 week 8. Looking forward to my final week, very slow but cannot believe I can now run/jog for 28 minutes, I feel this program is great especially for mental health and I love reading all the comments.. bring on week 9

Naive one. I read “very slow” as “happy pace” always… maybe one day you’ll even find a slower gear, I was delighted to find my “all day” pace when it happened to me! Time for your victory lap… enjoy every step and we will cheer you on that podium!
