Wk8 run 2 completed and according to the lovely Jo I'm now a runner πŸ€” I've found the pace that suits me finally, still mini Sprint for the last minute 🀸🀸🀸

If you eat them all you'll be a lidl heavier. 🀣

I've only recently introduced them back in as treats (in moderation). Such things were my downfall during the first lockdown. I'd eat at least half a packet a day whilst working at the laptop. And then wonder why I'd put on 2kg in as many months. I've lost that all now, and more.
