Welcome to the forum.
Couch to 5k is a running/jogging training plan and while you could employ the timings for walking you should be able to find more appropriate programmes elsewhere.
In this guide to the plan, which is essential reading for those undertaking the programme healthunlocked.com/couchto5....
you will find a link to the Active 10 walking programme as well as advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.

Hi Hidden , C25K is a 9-week (or more if you like) plan designed to get you able to run, or more accurately jog, for 30 minutes non-stop.
If you'd rather be walking because you enjoy it, that's cool, walking is good exercise and a great way to see places that you might not get to by other means of transport.
If you'd rather be walking because your current fitness isn't great, then you could build up to being able to walk 30 minutes briskly before you start the running version of C25K. You could also use C25K for this build-up by doing "walk" sections of the plan at a stroll, and the "run" parts as a brisk walk.
If you'd rather be walking because you've never been a runner / don't think you could ever be a runner/ don't think you'd enjoy running / are worried about other people's reactions / lots more reasons, don't worry. Many, perhaps most people on here started like that. In that case, though, I'd recommend you give C25K a go. You might surprise yourself - I know I did!
Good luck with whatever you decide.

I walked and fast walked the jogging parts, as wanted something low impact, but was proper jogging by the end. Give it a go, and don't worry about speed....
