Hi C25k-ers. I completed C25K in June 2021, caught Covid in early autumn and by the time I felt well enough to restart, Xmas was around the corner, and I thought “nah!” 😂 Started from scratch in Jan 2022 and finished just over a week ago - yippee! I want to increase my stamina under my own pace on regular 30 min runs and don’t wish to take up the Bridge challenge. What I’m after is having a bell ring after my 5 min warm up walk, a bell at the half way point, a bell to signify my 5 min warm down walk and a bell for time’s up. No voiceovers and no need to touch my phone to turn off an alarm. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Congratulations on your regraduation.
Any of the tracking apps can give you notifications at time or distance intervals of your choosing.
I use Runkeeper which can be programmed with variable intervals.
