Hi all, just just completed wk5 r2, did anyone else start to slow down after 5 mins of the 8mins run? It's as if my body was telling me I should be walking now as in wk4

I suspect you were doing Week 4 too quickly
Slowing down is cool - carry on as you are.
As John says ....... slowwww dowwwn. Nice and steady. We aren't competing for the Olympics 😊👍

I’m a few years into my running journey, and still I slow down towards the end of my long run… during the plan, every run is your long run. So long as you’re getting to that finish time, it’s a completed run, no matter how slowly you finish (or start, or do the middle bit!)
