I am on week 4 and unfortunately the pain on the knees seems that he does not want to leave me.
I am stretching and keeping hydrated and I took 2 weeks break . I am wondering, do you know any workout to strenghtnen the knees\legs? I am not sure being overweight( I am 1.62 tall and my weight is 67) and also not very fit( I never exercise in my all life) is causing this issue.

Slow down, avoid heelstriking, keep footfall under your body, not out in front, run on softer surfaces such as grass or treadmill and wear proper running shoes, fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.
