Hi all just wanted to say that I hope you all wear good visible outer wear - I have seen runners who have none or very little visible material running on roads - I have to run on the road as we have very little in the way of footpaths. Please keep well seen!

I wear a fluorescent yellow top with reflective patches on most winter days. I sometimes wear lighted armbands and a head torch.

I've also seen runners out in the evening gloom in dark colours, where sometimes the only thing that caught the eye was a tiny reflective patch on their shoes.

On brighter, warmer days, I do wear darker colours, but contrast that with bare arms and legs.
