Week 4, Run 1 done!

Hello everyone from a new member.

I got started with C25k in January and was more than a little apprehensive about how I would get on.

The FAQ’s and other general advice have been brilliant – thank you to everyone who was helped put this together.

Managed to complete W4R1 yesterday. It seemed like quite a jump from the last week but I completed it more comfortably than expected. Following the recommendation to keep it slow and steady has really helped. At least I have good reasons for taking it gradually!

The biggest positive from yesterday is the gradual realisation that I am starting to find a gentle rhythm that I can keep going for a few minutes at a time. I am actually starting to get used to the intervals, so this should be something to build on over the next 2 -3 weeks.

I am glad the FAQs have served their purpose. Knowledge is power.
