Hi I have just finished my final run of week 3 today and looking forward to week 4, but I’m looking for some exercises that will work on my tummy muscles and upper body as I’m very weak on my top half. With have my daughter by c- section I’m also finding very hard with building my tummy muscles back up. Any help would be fantastic 🤗

No advice on tummy muscles from me, it's 20 years since my youngest was born and I'm still trying to lose my baby weight 😂 (but I can run a lot faster and further now, keep at it, it's so worth doing)
