W5R2 over half way!

Set out this morning for W5R2, felt tired at the start as had a full day with Ellie yesterday, she’s a full on almost 3 year old, had a great time but I’d forgotten how tiring toddlers can be!

First 8 minutes was tough but got into my stride with the second and even speeded up at the end (to a pace my son can still walk at!!).

Now looking forward to Thursday’s 20 minute run.

Well done on getting over halfway on the plan! 👏

It sounds like you had a similar experience to me with this run - it starting out a bit tough and then easing into things by the end.

That 20 minute run is yours for the taking.
